How invoraone works.
The free generator
The generator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server. A draft is kept in local storage so a refresh does not lose your work, and “Download PDF” prints the document at true A4 through your browser's PDF engine.
Documents you can issue
Invoices, quotes, receipts and credit notes share one engine, so numbering, tax handling and layout behave identically across all four. Tax is calculated per line, which keeps mixed-rate invoices correct.
Currencies and tax
36 currencies are available on the free tier, formatted with the Intl API so separators and symbol placement match the currency rather than your locale. Tax rates are per line item, and a document-level discount is applied before tax.
Saved workspaces
An account can keep documents in a workspace with invoice numbering, a reusable client book, saved business profiles, and a status history. Workspace records are scoped by row-level security so only authorized workspace members can read them.
Payment links
InvoraOne subscription billing pays for your workspace. Client invoice payments are a different Stripe Connect capability and are not active until the product explicitly shows a connected merchant account. Buying a plan never routes or holds your client funds.
