What the service does

invoraone provides a browser-based billing document generator and an optional account-backed workspace for saving and tracking billing documents and clients. Features that need additional provider setup are identified as such in the product.

The free tier

The generator is free to use without an account, with no cap on the number of documents produced. Free documents carry a small attribution line in the footer. We may change what is included in the free tier, but we will not retroactively remove access to documents you have already downloaded.

Subscriptions, billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and exclude any tax that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.

Refunds

If the service does not work as described, email support@invoraone.com within 14 days of the charge with the account email and charge date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the card issuer.

Beyond that window we consider refund and dispute requests case by case. We do not pro-rate partial months on cancellation; you retain access for the period you paid for. Because this is a digital service, there is no physical shipping, return, or delivery process.

Your content and your clients

You retain ownership of everything you enter — your business details, your client records, and the documents you issue. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and display that content back to you and to the recipients you send it to.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you issue, including whether they meet the invoicing, tax and record-keeping requirements of your jurisdiction. We provide standard fields; we do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Payments between you and your clients

InvoraOne account billing does not process payments between you and your clients. If a connected Stripe payment feature becomes available, it will be a separate opt-in flow through your own connected account. We will not represent subscription setup as client-payment setup.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to issue fraudulent documents, to impersonate a business you do not represent, to launder funds, or to break the law. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Availability and legal restrictions

InvoraOne is an online software service with no physical goods or shipping. You may use it only where the service and your billing activity are lawful. Access may be unavailable in sanctioned or otherwise restricted jurisdictions, and you are responsible for any export, tax, invoicing, or record-keeping rules that apply to you and your clients.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice by email or in the application before it takes effect. Continued use after that point means you accept the revised terms.
